Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public broad access to many government records through the Sunshine Law and to many court case records through Missouri Case.net and Missouri court access rules. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Harrison County, the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Deeds handles Circuit Court records and recorder functions from the courthouse in Bethany, while the Sheriff's Office manages jail, booking, and law-enforcement channels.
